В статье представлена эволюция взглядов за последние 30 лет на распространенность и причины ВСС при занятиях спортом. Частота регистрации ВСС в спорте варьирует в зависимости от возраста, вида спорта и других факторов и составляет от 1: 100000 до 1: 50000 случаев, более чем 90 % ВСС происходит у лиц мужского пола. Средний возраст погибших спортсменов - 23 года, 40 % спортсменов погибают в возрасте до 18 лет. Причинами смерти 53 % юных спортсменов до 18 лет становятся аритмии, когда на аутопсии не выявляется каких-либо изменений сердца, с возрастом нарастает роль ишемической болезни сердца (ИБС), миокардитов, аритмогенной дисплазии правого желудочка. Гипертрофическая и дилятационная кардиомиопатии, согласно данным последних лет (2011-2016), составляют примерно 2-3 %, хотя в 1980-х годах они регистрировались почти в 40 % случаев. Показана роль профилактики описаны методы выявления заболеваний сердца. Особенно подчеркнута роль использования автоматических наружных дефибрилляторов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Sudden death is the most serious complication in sports cardiology. The article presents the evolution of views over the last 30 years rasprostranennosti and causes of SCD during sports. The frequency of registration of SCD in sport varies by age, sport, and other factors and ranges from 1: 100 000 to 1: 50 000 of the cases, more than 90 % of SCD occurs in males. The average age of the deceased athletes 23 years, 40 % of athletes die at the age of 18. Causes of death 53 % of young athletes up to 18 years is arrhythmia, when the autopsy do not reveal any changes, with age, the role of ischemic heart disease, myocarditis, arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia.
