<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Nutritional support (NS) is an integral component of the management of critically ill patients. Delivery of nutrients and energy to critically ill patients largely depends on the stage of the disease. The emphasis is on the gradual achievement of the target values of protein and energy, the predominant use of the enteral method of delivery of food components, the continuity of nutritional support between departments. When performing NS in patients in the acute stage of CC, it is important to take into account the ratio of protein and energy in the mixtures administered to prevent excess energy delivery and reduce mortality. Equally important is the composition, quality of the protein of the tube feeding and its tolerance. The positive clinical effects of the use of metabolically oriented tube feeding with a high content of arginine, vitamins A, E, C, the trace element Zn and Se allow us to consider nutritional support as one of the components of the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers in hemodynamically stable patients in the ICU.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>критические состояния</kwd><kwd>энтеральное питание</kwd><kwd>пролежни</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>critical conditions</kwd><kwd>enteral nutrition</kwd><kwd>pressure ulcers</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Пасечник И.
