Несмотря на достигнутые за последние годы значительные успехи в терапии лепры, лечение осложнений лепрозного процесса остается актуальной и сложной задачей для клиницистов и исследователей. В статье представлены современные данные литературы, посвященные вопросам лечения и профилактики нейротрофических осложнений у больных лепрой.

Despite significant advances in the treatment of leprosy in recent years, the treatment of complications of the leprosy process remains an urgent and challenging task for clinicians and researchers. The article presents modern literature data on the treatment and prevention of neurotrophic complications of leprosy patients.
