Проведено собственное исследование пациентов с вертикальным типом роста лицевого скелета и дистальной окклюзией до и после ортодонтического лечения. Изучено влияние ротации окклюзионной плоскости в ходе ортодонтического лечения на положение головы.</p><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы: было обследовано 102 пациента с вертикальным типом роста лицевого скелета и дистальной окклюзией до и после ортодонтического лечения. Осуществлен цефалометрический анализ челюстно-лицевой области с помощью КЛКТ, проведен анализ положения головы до и после ортодонтического лечения.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: Отмечены изменения параметров, характеризующих положение головы NSL-VER (83,75-82,10), NL-VER (91,55-88,85), NSL-OPT (82,95-85,75), NL-OPT (74,80-76), NSL-CVT (92,80-96,70), NL-CVT (83,30-85,40), и OPT-HOR (81,55-78,15), CVT-HOR (91,90-90,50).</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы: 1) Уплощение окклюзионной плоскости в ходе ортодонтического лечения влияет на положение головы 2) Ортодонтическое лечение не оказывает значительного влияния на костные структуры. (SNA, SNB, ANB, WITS, Beta).</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents data of foreign authors on the influence of orthodontic treatment on head posture. Our own study of 102 patients with vertical type of growth and distal occlusion before and after orthodontic treatment was carried out. The effect of rotation of the occlusal plane on the head posture was studied.</p><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods: 102 patients with vertical type of growth and distal occlusion were examined before and after orthodontic treatment.
