В статье дается краткий обзор рекомендаций по назначению ацетилсалициловой кислоты и клопидогрела у пациентов с сердечно-сосудистой патологией, делается акцент на возможные преимущества применения двойной антитромбоцитарной терапии: сочетании ацетилсалициловой кислоты и клопидогрела как наиболее изученного из PY-ингибиторов.

The article gives a brief overview of the recommendations for the prescription of acetylsalicylic acid and clopidogrel in patients with cardiovascular pathology, focusing on the possible benefits of using double antiplatelet therapy: acetylsalicylic acid and clopidogrel, as the most considerable PY-inhibitor.
