Блокада PI3K позволяет значимо увеличивать выживаемость без прогрессирования, однако сопровождается развитием нежелательных явлений, наиболее частым из которых является гипергликемия. В статье представлены рекомендации по стратификации риска развития гипергликемии на фоне терапии алпелисибом, профилактике и коррекции нарушений углеводного обмена.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Alpelisib is a modern targeted drug for the treatment of patients with hormone receptor-positive HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer with a PIK3CA gene mutation. Blockade of PI3K can significantly increase progression-free survival, however, it is accompanied by adverse events, the most common of which is hyperglycemia.
