Оценить связь маркеров костного обмена с уровнем несфатина-1 (НФ-1) у пациентов с ревматоидным артритом (РА).</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Обследовано 110 пациентов (105 женщин и 5 мужчин) с диагнозом РА, классифицированном на основании критериев ACR/EULAR 2010 года. Пациентам проводилось полное клинико-лабораторное обследование: сбор анамнеза, осмотр, лабораторные и инструментальные исследования. Уровень НФ-1 в сыворотке крови определялся с использованием коммерческих тест-систем (RayBio® Nesfatin Enzyme Immunoassay [EIA] Kit). Статистическая обработка данных клинического обследования проводилась с использованием программного пакета Statistica 12.0 для Windows. Результаты считались статистически значимыми при р &lt; 0,050.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В результате исследования не было выявлено значимой корреляции между уровнем НФ-1 и композитным составом тела у пациентов с ревматоидным артритом и Beta-CrossLaps сыворотки крови. Обнаружена статистически значимая корреляция между НФ-1 и N-терминальным пропептидом проколлагена 1-го типа (P1NP) (r = 0,218; p = 0,022). Мы не отметили каких-либо существенных взаимосвязей между уровнем НФ-1 в сыворотке крови и минеральной плотностью костной ткани (МПКТ) в поясничных позвонках и бедре. Пациенты с остеопорозом (ОП) (n = 53) и остеопоретическими переломами (n = 25) имеют более высокий уровень НФ-1 (Z = –2,060; p = 0,040 и Z = –2,370; p = 0,017 соответственно). В то же время нами не выявлено корреляционной взаимосвязи между уровнем НФ-1, кумулятивной дозой (ρ = 0,090; p = 0,368) и продолжительностью приема глюкокортикоидов (ГК) (ρ = 0,070; p = 0,462).</p></sec><sec><title>Вывод</title><p>Вывод. В ходе нашего исследования была выявлена взаимосвязь между НФ-1 и маркером формирования костного матрикса P1NP, что свидетельствует о возможном влиянии НФ-1 на дифференцировку и функцию остеобластов (ОБ). Более того, среди пациентов с остеопоретическими переломами и ОП уровень НФ-1 был статистически выше.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To evaluate the association of nesfatin-1 (NF-1) levels and bone remodeling markers in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. 110 patients (105 women and 5 men) with RA, classified by ACR/EULAR 2010 criteria were enrolled in our study. All patients undergone complete clinical and laboratory examination. NF-1 serum levels were determined using a commercial test-systems (RayBio® Nesfatin Enzyme Immunoassay [EIA] Kit). Statistical analysis was performed using a software package Statistica 12.0. The results were considered statistically significant at p &lt; 0.050.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Significant positive correlation was determined between serum NF-1 levels and Intact N-Terminal Propeptide of Type 1 Procollagen (P1NP) levels (r = 0.218; p = 0.022). Serum NF-1 levels were not associated with bone mineral density in lumbar spine and femur. Serum NF-1 levels didn't correlate with body composition indices and Beta-CrossLaps levels. Patients with osteoporosis (n = 53) and osteoporotic fractures (n = 25) had statistically significant higher levels of NF-1 (Z = –2.060; p = 0.040 и Z = –2.370; p = 0.017 respectively). However, serum NF-1 levels didn’t correlate with cumulative dose of glucocorticoids (ρ = 0.090; p = 0.368) and the duration of glucocorticoids intake (ρ = 0.070; p = 0.462).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. In our study, we determined the significant positive correlation between NF-1 and P1NP levels, supposingly due to NF-1 possible effect on the osteoblasts differentiation and function.
