С помощью этого тезауруса и веб-интерфейса 3 врачами независимо были описаны (проаннотированы) 549 ЭКГ из базы данных PTB Diagnostic ECG Database. Полученные описания совпали не полностью (при попарном сравнении аннотаций доля совпадений от 3 до 100% по разным группам заключений). Затем было произведено согласование полученных аннотаций, для чего была разработана специальная процедура с участием модераторов (врачей высокой квалификации) и с использованием видеоконференций. Описания ЭКГ размещены в открытом доступе и могут быть использованы как для целей контроля знаний, так и для проверки точности работы алгоритмов автоматического анализа ЭКГ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A thesaurus (logically ordered list) of statements for the ECG annotation has been developed. 549 ECGs from the PTB Diagnostic ECG Database were independently annotated by 3 clinicians using this thesaurus and web interface. The resulting independent annotations did not match (the proportion of matches was from 3 to 100% for different groups of conclusions in pairwise comparison of annotators). The annotations were agreed, for which a special procedure was developed. The procedure includes participation of moderators (highly qualified physicians) and using videoconferencing.
