Однако при ее проведении у курильщиков не учитывается уровень карбоксигемоглобина, что приводит к ошибочному завышению показателей насыщения гемоглобина кислородом. Разработанная нами программа для ЭВМ позволяет без применения дополнительного диагностического оборудования корригировать результаты мониторирования оксигенации крови на уровень карбоксигемоглобина, исправляя указанную диагностическую неточность оценки насыщения гемоглобина кислородом у курильщиков.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Transcutaneous two-wave pulse oximetry is the most popular and prevalent method for studying blood oxygenation. However, during its implementation, smokers do not take into account the level of carboxyhemoglobin, which leads to an erroneous overestimation of hemoglobin saturation with oxygen.
