В статье приводятся данные литературы, в которых сопоставлялись показатели деформации ЛЖ у спортсменов, у больных с гипертрофической кардиомиопатией и патологической гипертрофией ЛЖ. Анализируются изменения показателей деформации ЛЖ у спортсменов различной квалификации, а также занимающихся различными видами спорта. Особое внимание уделено изменениям показателей деформации миокарда ЛЖ в ходе тренировочного процесса в динамике. Обсуждается предположение о возможности использования показателей продольной систолической деформации левого желудочка для дифференциального диагноза с гипертрофической кардиомиопатией.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This paper is dedicated to the analysis and review of the of the literature data about studying of the left ventricular strain in top-level athletes using echocardiography. The article presents literature data, which compares indicators of LV strain in athletes, in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and abnormal LV hypertrophy. Analyzed changes in LV strain parameters in athletes of different skills, as well as engaged in various kinds of sports. Particular attention is paid to changes in LV myocardial deformation parameters during the training process in the dynamics.
