Оценка эффективности низкоинтенсивного лазерного облучения крови в комплексном лечении детей с атопическим дерматитом с учетом коррекции цитокинового профиля крови и нарушений барьерной функции кожи.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В исследование включено 65 детей с атопическим дерматитом (АтД) (средний возраст 8,0 ± 2,9 года) и 30 здоровых детей (контрольная группа). Больные были распределены на две группы в зависимости от проводимого лечения: группа 1 – базисная медикаментозная терапия (БМТ), группа 2 – БМТ в сочетании с надвенным лазерным облучением крови (НЛОК). Оценивались показатели цитокинового статуса крови – уровни интерлейкинов (ИЛ) -4,-10,-13,-18, фактора некроза опухолей-альфа (ФНО-α), показатели барьерной функции кожи (pH кожи, влажность кожи, трансэпидермальная потеря воды – TEWL) до лечения, через 1 и 3 месяца от начала лечения.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Базисная медикаментозная терапия не оказала влияния на цитокиновый профиль крови пациентов и параметры, характеризующие барьерную функцию кожи. Включение в комплекс лечения НЛОК сопровождалось противовоспалительным эффектом, значительно усилило регулирующий эффект в отношении цитокиновой активности крови, значимо улучшило исследуемые показатели барьерной функции (pH кожи, влажность кожи, TEWL) и уменьшило частоту рецидивов заболевания.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Базисная медикаментозная терапия не оказала статистически значимого корригирующего влияния на показатели иммунного статуса и барьерной функции кожи у детей с АтД. Сочетанное применение НЛОК и БМТ повышает эффективность коррекции цитокинового профиля крови и нарушений барьерной функции кожи у детей с АтД, приводит к снижению частоты рецидивов заболевания, что свидетельствует о преимуществе данного метода по сравнению с монотерапией базовыми лекарственными средствами.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To evaluate the effectiveness of low-intensity laser blood irradiation for the correction of the cytokine profle and violations of the skin barrier function in the complex treatment of children with atopic dermatitis.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study included 65 children with atopic dermatitis (AtD) (mean age 8 ± 2,9 years) and 30 healthy children (control group). The patients were divided into two groups depending on the treatment: group 1 – basic drug therapy (BDT), group 2 – BDT in combination with supravenous laser blood irradiation (NLBI). Blood cytokine status indicators were assessed – levels of interleukins (IL) -4,-10,-13,-18, tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), indicators of skin barrier function (skin pH, skin moisture, transepidermal water loss – TEWL) before treatment, after 1 and 3 months from the start of treatment.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Basic drug therapy had the least effect on the cytokine profle of the blood of patients and parameters characterizing the barrier function of the skin. The inclusion of NLBI was accompanied by an anti-inﬂammatory effect, signifcantly enhanced the regulatory effect on blood cytokine activity, signifcantly improved the barrier function parameters studied (skin pH, skin moisture, TEWL) and reduced the frequency of disease relapses.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. Basic drug therapy did not have a statistically signifcant corrective effect on the parameters of the immune status and skin barrier function in children with AtD.
