Настоящий обзор посвящен применению системы амбулаторного мониторирования ЭКГ у больных после радиочастотной катетерной аблации фибрилляцией предсердий. Приведены предикторы рецидивов фибриляции предсердий, часто наблюдаемые при мониторировании больных на дооперационном и послеоперационном этапах, и их прогностическое значение.

The review presents the role of ambulatory ECG monitoring systems in patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing catheter ablation. It also provides data on predictors of recurrence of atrial fibrillation before and after ablative treatment and their prognostic significance.
