Проанализированы исходы, оценены предикторы неблагоприятных исходов в раннем госпитальном периоде. В обсуждении приведены современные критерии кардиогенного шока у пациентов с инфарктом миокарда, прогностические шкалы, сделан акцент на спорных и малоизученных положениях рекомендаций и вопросах, требующих дальнейшего изучения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the immediate results of treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by cardiogenic shock. Outcomes were analyzed, predictors of unfavorable outcomes in the early hospital period were assessed.
