Объемные исследования по этой теме ограничены, а эффективных методов лечения мало. Даже при установленном диагнозе ПИЛБ, ввиду плохой осведомленности об этиологии и патогенезе развития заболевания, пациенты борются с принятием «всеобъемлющего» расстройства в поисках причин, приведших к заболеванию, и часто проходят ненужные анализы и процедуры в поисках альтернативных диагнозов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Persistent idiopathic facial pain (PIFP) is often regarded as an undiagnosed condition with a poor prognosis. Extensive research on this topic is limited, and there are few effective treatments.
