<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article describes a method for activating lymphocytes isolated from the peripheral blood of melanoma patients and cultured in a medium supplemented with IL‑2 and IL‑15. It was shown that in these terms, lymphocytes have an increased proliferative and activation potential. The combination of cytokines has a positive effect on cytotoxicity, viability and the expression of activation markers (CD38, CD69, CD25, HLA-DR and NKG2D) on NK- and T-lymphocyte, and may be recommended for the culture of lymphocytes in melanoma patients for the purpose of adoptive immunotherapy.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>активация лимфоцитов</kwd><kwd>IL 2</kwd><kwd>IL 15</kwd><kwd>естественные киллерные клетки</kwd><kwd>адоптивная иммунотерапия</kwd><kwd>меланома</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>activation of lymphocytes</kwd><kwd>IL 2</kwd><kwd>IL 15</kwd><kwd>natural killer cells</kwd><kwd>adoptive immunotherapy</kwd><kwd>melanoma</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Shin M.H., Kim J., Lim S.A., et al.
