Обычно назначения врачей общей практики, наиболее часто наблюдающих данную категорию больных, ограничиваются рекомендациями по приему успокаивающих препаратов. Современный антидепрессант – селективный ингибитор обратного захвата серотонина – эсциталопрам (Эсциталопрам-СЗ) продемонстрировал высокую эффективность и хорошую переносимость у больных с кардионеврозом (вегетососудистая дистония).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The clinical presentation of cardioneurosis is heterogeneous and includes anxiety-phobic, cenestalgic, and depressive symptoms. General practitioners, who most often see this category of patients, usually recommend to take «sedatives».
