Частота выявления ПЭ, по данным отечественных и зарубежных ученых, достигает 25–35%, в связи с чем они занимают ведущее место в структуре внутриматочной патологии.</p><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования. Изучить уровни специфических аутоантител (к двуспиральной ДНК; к антигенам TrM‑03 и коллагену) и оценить их прогностическое значение для риска формирования и рецидивирования у пациенток репродуктивного возраста.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведено обследование 86 пациенток в возрасте от 18 до 45 лет (средний возраст составил 34,1 ± 6,3 года), поступивших на гистероскопию, гистерорезекцию ПЭ. Изучение относительного содержания специфических аутоантител к двуспиральной ДНК, к антигенам TrM‑03 и коллагену в сыворотке крови осуществлялось методом твердофазного иммуноферментного анализа с помощью наборов специализированных реагентов («ЭЛИ-П-Комплекс)».</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В ходе исследования установлено, что в подавляющем большинстве (65,1%) случаев ПЭ манифестировали различными типами АМК. У всех пациенток с ПЭ диагностированы достоверное снижение уровня аутоантител к двуспиральной ДНК, являющейся маркером процессов апоптоза, а также статистически значимое снижение уровней аутоантител к антигенам тромбоцитов TrM‑03. Профиль отклонений уровня аутоантител к TrM‑03 от референтного диапазона в области отрицательных значений коррелировал с повышением среднего уровня аутоантител к коллагену.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Определение уровней ауто-АТ к двуспиральной ДНК в сыворотке крови может быть использовано в качестве маркера прогнозирования рецидивирующего течения ПЭ. Определение уровней ауто-АТ к антигенам тромбоцитов TrM‑03 и к коллагену в сыворотке крови может быть применено в качестве маркеров развития АМК по типу ОМК или сочетания ОМК и ММК у пациенток с полипами эндометрия.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The problem of endometrial polyps in women of reproductive age is one of the urgent problems of modern gynecology. The detection rate of PE according to the data of domestic and foreign scientists reaches 25–35%, and therefore they occupy a leading place in the structure of intrauterine pathology.</p><sec><title>The aim</title><p>The aim. To study the levels of specific autoantibodies (to double-stranded DNA; to TrM‑03 antigens and collagen) and to assess their prognostic value for the risk of PE formation and recurrence in patients of reproductive age.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Examination of 86 patients aged 18 to 45 years (average age was 34.1 ± 6.3 years), admitted for hysteroscopy, hysteroresection of PE. Study of the relative content of specific autoantibodies to double-stranded DNA; to TrM‑03 antigens and collagen in blood serum was carried out by the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay using specialized reagent kits (ELI-P-Complex).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In the course of this study, it was found that in the overwhelming majority of cases (65.1%) PEs were manifested by various types of AMC. All patients with PE were diagnosed with a significant decrease in the level of autoantibodies to double-stranded DNA, which is a marker of apoptosis processes, as well as a statistically significant decrease in the levels of autoantibodies to platelet antigens TrM‑03. The profile of deviations in the level of autoantibodies to TrM‑03 from the reference range in the area of negative values correlated with an increase in the average level of autoantibodies to collagen.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. Determination of the levels of auto-ATs to double-stranded DNA in serum can be used as a marker for predicting the recurrent course of PE.
