Известно более ста лекарственных препаратов, которые способны вызывать развитие СЛВ, и этот список увеличивается по мере появления новых лекарственных средств. Врачи любой специальности могут столкнуться с такими осложнениями терапии и должны быть осведомлены о данной патологии. В статье представлены разбор клинического случая развития СЛВ на фоне длительного приема сульфасалазина у больной с достоверным диагнозом ревматоидного артрита, а также литературный обзор, который включает в себя данные о распространенности, группах лекарственных препаратов, клинических проявлениях, диагностике и лечении данной патологии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Drug-induced lupus syndrome (DLS) is a rare adverse event with a variety of drugs. More than a hundred of drugs are known that can cause the development of DLS, and this list is growing as new drugs appear. Physicians of any specialty can face such complications of therapy and should be aware of this pathology.
