В лечении язвенного колита и болезни Крона достигнут значительный прогресс, однако коррекция сопутствующей анемии в большинстве случаев остается недостаточной. В статье подробно рассмотрены патогенетические механизмы формирования анемического синдрома при воспалительных заболеваниях кишечника, а также возможные пути коррекции данного состояния.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Inflammatory bowel diseases are an urgent public health problem and are often complicated by the development of anemic syndrome. Significant progress has been made in the treatment of ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease, but the correction of associated anemia in most cases remains insufficient.
