Цель. Описание клинического случая рака полового члена у пациента со склероатрофическим лихеном. Материал и методы. Данные анамнеза, медицинского клинического, гистологического и инструментального обследования. Результаты. Описан случай быстропрогрессирующего плоскоклеточного рака полового члена у пациента, длительно страдавшего склероатрофическим лихеном и ранее не получавшего терапии. Выводы. Обращает внимание низкая информированность врачей первичного звена о проявлениях ГСАЛ, как следствие – отсутствие лечения и прогрессирование заболевания, выражающееся в стенозе уретры и злокачественной трансформации.

Purpose. To describe a clinical case of penile cancer in a patient with sclerotrophic lichen. Material and methods. Data of anamnesis, medical clinical, histological and instrumental examination. Results. A case of rapidly progressing penile squamous cell carcinoma in a patient with a long history of sclerotrophic lichen and no previous therapy was described. Conclusions.The low level of awareness of primary care physicians about the manifestations of CSAL, as a consequence, the lack of treatment and progression of the disease, expressed in urethral stenosis and malignant transformation draws attention.
