С использованием цитохимических методов изучена активность миелопероксидазы (МПО), а также содержание катионных белков, гликогена и липидов в нейтрофилах крови беременных женщин с диффузным токсическим зобом (ДТЗ) в сравнительном аспекте. Цель. Изучение динамики изменений цитохимических показателей нейтрофилов в крови женщин при физиологически протекающей беременности, а также у беременных пациенток с ДТЗ.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В исследование включены 82 беременные женщины в возрасте 20-40 лет с АИТ и ДТЗ. Предметом исследования явилось определение иммунологических показателей: уровень аутоантител к ТТГ, ТПО и ТГ; содержание популяций и субпопуляций лимфоцитов и цитохимических показателей крови: активность МПО; содержание катионных белков; содержание гликогена; содержание липидов. Результаты. Активность МПО в нейтрофилах крови женщин с физиологическим течением беременности (группа сравнения) сходна с таковой в контрольной группе. В первом триместре беременности процент нейтрофилов с умеренным и высоким содержанием окрашенных гранул имеет тенденцию к снижению, что отражается на величине среднего цитохимического показателя.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. В нейтрофилах крови беременных женщин с синдромом тиреотоксикоза найдены достоверные сдвиги содержания компонентов фагоцитарной защитной системы.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Using cytochemical methods, the activity of myeloperoxidase (MPO), as well as the content of cationic proteins, glycogen and lipids in the blood neutrophils of pregnant women with diffuse toxic goiter (DTG) was studied in a comparative aspect.</p></sec><sec><title>Goal</title><p>Goal. To study the dynamics of changes in the cytochemical parameters of neutrophils in women's blood during physiological pregnancy, as well as in pregnant patients with DTG.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study included 82 pregnant women aged 20-40 years old with Hashimoto's thyroiditis and graves' disease. The subject of the study was the determination of immunological indicators: the level of autoantibodies to TSH, TPO and TG; the content of populations and subpopulations of lymphocytes, and cytochemical indicators of blood: MPO activity; cationic protein content; glycogen content; lipid content. Results. The activity of MPO in the blood neutrophils of women with a physiological course of pregnancy (comparison group) is similar to that in the control group. In the first trimester of pregnancy, the percentage of neutrophils with a moderate to high content of colored granules tends to decrease, which is reflected in the value of the average cytochemical index.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
