Более глубокое понимание этологии и патогенеза, многообразие разрабатываемых лекарственных препаратов для лечения СРК дают сегодня надежду на возможность эффективного контроля над заболеванием в обозримом будущем. В статье представлен краткий обзор последних достижений по изучению синдрома раздраженного кишечника, о которых было доложено на очередной Объединенной европейской гастронеделе (UEG Week Virtual 2020), прошедшей в октябре 2020 года.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Irritable bowel syndrome is a very urgent problem in modern gastroenterology. A deeper understanding of the ethology and pathogenesis, the variety of drugs for the treatment of IBS gives hope for the possibility of effective control over the disease in the near future.
