Цель исследования. Оценка взаимосвязи интереса пользователей сети интернет к вопросам здоровья, связанным с COVID-19, в странах Центральной Азии – Казахстане, Киргизии, Узбекистане и Таджикистане и динамики эпидемического процесса этой инфекции по поисковым запросам в Google Trends. Материалы и методы. Проведен анализ запросов по теме «COVID-19», полученных из Google Trends, с 09.01 по 04.10.2020. Результаты. Анализ поисковой активности по запросам в Казахстане, которые могут быть связаны с симптомами COVID-19 показал, что только запросы, содержащие ключевое слово «обоняние», «потеря обоняния», «одышка», «температура», имеют корреляцию с подтвержденным числом заражения коронавирусной инфекцией (r = 0,65 для запроса «обоняние», r = 0,53 для запросов «потеря обоняния» и «одышка», r = 0,60 для запроса «температура»). В Киргизии при анализе запросов, которые могут быть связаны с коронавирусной инфекцией, были выявлены корреляции только для тех, которые содержали ключевое слово «обоняние» (r = 0,62) и «температура» (r = 0,53) с 09.01 по 04.10.2020. Обнаружены корреляции (r &gt; 0,65) между динамикой запросов, содержащих ключевые слова «коронавирус», «заражение» у пользователей сети Интернет в Казахстане, Киргизии и Узбекистане. При анализе запросов, связанных с диагностикой COVID-19, в Казахстане и Киргизии был выявлен повышенный интерес интернет-общественности к методу «компьютерная томография», причем пик интереса совпал с максимальным количеством подтвержденных случаев COVID-19 (коэффициент корреляции составил 0,714). Заключение. Взаимосвязь между запросами в интернете, сообщениями в СМИ и фактическими сведениями о заболеваемости многофакторная и требует дальнейшего изучения.
