Полиневропатия, мигрень, хроническая мозжечковая атаксия и фибромиалгия – это самые частые экстраинтестинальные синдромы целиакии. Исследование тонких нервных волокон необходимо при таких болезненных синдромах целиакии, как глютеновая полиневропатия и фибромиалгия, а также при глютеновой вегетативной полиневропатии. Исследование антинейрональных антиганглиозидных антител необходимо при таких поражениях центральной и периферической нервной системы, как глютеновая полиневропатия и глютеновая мозжечковая атаксия. Аглютеновая диета напрямую влияет на исчезновение приступов головной боли или на уменьшение их частоты и интенсивности. Имеется мало исследований по влиянию аглютеновой диеты на риск развития головной боли.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Celiac disease is an autoimmune disease in people with a genetic predisposition resulting from the consumption of gluten proteins from wheat, rye, barley and characterized by inflammation of the mucous membrane of the small intestine and atrophy of the villi. Neuropathy, migraine, chronic cerebellar ataxia and fibromyalgia are the most common extraintestinal celiac disease syndromes. The study of small nerve fibers is necessary for painful celiac disease syndromes such as gluten neuropathy and fibromyalgia, as well as for gluten autonomic neuropathy. The study of antineuronal antiganglioside antibodies is necessary for such lesions of both the central and peripheral nervous systems as gluten neuropathy and gluten cerebellar ataxia. A gluten-free diet directly affects the disappearance of headache attacks or a decrease in their frequency and intensity.
