В свою очередь, это приводит к дискомфорту пациента и необходимости повторного посещения стоматолога. Факторы, влияющие на нарушение винтовой фиксации, до сих пор малоизучены и являются актуальным вопросом в ортопедической стоматологии. Целью исследования является оценка возможного влияния загрязнения резьбы винта и шахты имплантата различными веществами на эффективность винтового соединения абатмента. С помощью испытательной машины Zwick Roell Z010 проводили измерения момента силы выкручивания винта под влиянием разных факторов. Испытательные образцы были разделены на пять групп в зависимости от вида загрязнения: 1) чистые (новые) винты; 2) контаминация слюной; 3) контаминация кровью; 4) контаминация кровью, откручивание винта через 24 часа; 5) лабораторные винты. Между всеми образцами выявлены достоверные различия (р &lt; 0,05). Выявлено снижение момента силы при попадании крови и слюны в шахту имплантата по сравнению с контрольной группой. При этом кровь оказывала более существенное негативное влияние по сравнению со слюной. В результате исследования установлено влияние загрязнения резьбы винта и имплантата на момент силы раскручивания винта.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>One of the complications arising after prosthetic crowns on implants is incomplete unwinding of the fixing screw. in turn, this leads to discomfort of the patient and the need to re-visit the dentist.
