Данная методика является безопасной, отличается простой в осуществлении. Расслабление волокон большой грудной мышцы как интраоперационно, так и в послеоперационном периоде оказывает влияние на снижение интенсивности болевого синдрома, более быстрое восстановление пациенток после хирургического лечения. Также ботулинотерапия предотвращает явления анимации и деформации реконструированной молочной железы. Эффект после введения препаратов ботулинического токсина в терапевтических дозах сохраняется в течение 6-8 месяцев, и благодаря этому в течение длительного времени отсутствует необходимость в анальгетической терапии. По данным исследований многих авторов, применение данной методики при выполнении реконструктивно-пластических операций у больных раком молочной железы значительно улучшает качество жизни пациентов путем снижения болевого синдрома, предотвращения деформации и сокращения большой грудной мышцы. Заключение. Анализ литературы оценивает эффективность применения препаратов ботулинического токсина в терапевтических дозах при болевом синдроме после реконструктивно-пластических операций на молочной железе с использованием субпекторального пространства. Возможности терапевтического использования препаратов ботулинического токсина в качестве обезболивающего средства хотя и давно известны, но мало применяются на практике. Учитывая перспективность применения ботулинотерапии во время (после) реконструктивно-пластических операций с использованием тканевого экспандера или силиконового эндопротеза, немногочисленность литературных публикации на данную тематику, необходимо проведение дальнейших исследований в данном направлении.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>According to the analyzed literature, the use of botulinum toxin type A is promising as an auxiliary method for simultaneous or delayed breast reconstruction using a subpectoral silicone implant or tissue expander. This method is safe and simple. Relaxation of the large pectoral muscle both intraoperatively and in the postoperative period reduces the intensity of pain, accelerates the rehabilitation of patients. Botulinum toxin therapy prevents the animation and deformation of the reconstructed breast. The effect after injection of botulinum toxin persists for 6-8 months and for a long time there is no need for analgesic therapy. According to the literature, this technique for reconstructive plastic surgery in patients with breast cancer significantly improves the quality of life of patients by reducing pain, preventing deformation and contraction of the large pectoral muscle. Conclusion. The literature analysis evaluates the effectiveness of botulinum toxin preparations for pain after reconstructive plastic surgery on the breast using a subpectoral space. The possibilities of therapeutic use of botulinum toxin preparations as an analgesic are known, but are little used in practice. This direction is promising.
