Используя жидкостную тандемную масс-спектрометрию, можно количественно определять с высокой точностью от 1 до 9 препаратов в широком терапевтическом диапазоне концентраций. Метод демонстрирует хорошую возпроизводимость результатов, он может быть использован при разработке новых лекарственных средств, при клинических исследованиях, а также для терапевтического лекарственного мониторинга реальных пациентов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>There was developed a method for quantitation of the drugs which could be effective for COVID-19 treatment. Using tandem liquid mass-spectrometry it is possible to simultaneously quantify with high accuracy and precision up to 9 medicines in human plasma.
