Проведен сравнительный анализ лечения больных с односторонним косым переломом нижней челюсти. Больным группы сравнения остеосинтез проводился посредством минипластин, больным основной группы посредством разработанного авторами костного шва. Сравнительный анализ результатов лечения показал высокую эффективность предложенной методики, заключающуюся в отсутствии осложнений в послеоперационном периоде.

A comparative analysis of the treatment of patients with unilateral oblique fracture of the lower jaw. The patients of comparison group was conducted by osteosynthesis miniplates, the patients of the main one by the developed by the authors of bone joint. Comparative analysis of treatment results showed high efficiency of the proposed method with the lack of complications in the postoperative period.
