При недостаточном потреблении крестоцветных с пищей в рацион можно дополнительно вводить отдельные глюкозонолаты или их производные, такие как инол‑3-карбинол. В статье обсуждаются механизмы действия и роль индол‑3-карбинола в поддержке репродуктивной системы и адаптационных резервов организма.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Cruciferous vegetables contain glucosinolates, minor substances that have anti-carcinogenic and detoxifying effects, increasing the adaptive capacity of the body. In case of insufficient consumption of cruciferous with food, some glucosonolates or their derivatives, such as inol‑3-carbinol, can be additionally introduced into the diet.
