<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Summary In modern rheumatology, the problem of comorbid infections (CI) still remains relevant. This is due to both the presence of autoimmune rheumatic disease and the need to use immunosuppressive drugs. This article discusses some issues of CI in psoriatic arthritis (PSA). The frequency of CI in the treatment of conventional synthetic disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs and biologics was analyzed. The significance of preventive measures in relation to CI in the treatment of PSA is shown.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>псориатический артрит</kwd><kwd>псориаз</kwd><kwd>коморбидные инфекции</kwd><kwd>базисные противовоспалительные препараты</kwd><kwd>генно-инженерные биологические препараты</kwd><kwd>вакцинация</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>psoriatic arthritis</kwd><kwd>psoriasis</kwd><kwd>comorbid infections</kwd><kwd>synthetic disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs</kwd><kwd>biologic drugs</kwd><kwd>vaccination</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Alinaghi F, Calov M, Kristensen LE, et al.
