Отмечается тенденция к повышению уровня аммиака капиллярной крови у больных ВЗК при наличии НАЖБП, особенно при вовлечении в патологический процесс тонкой кишки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article demonstrates results of research of ammonia level in capillary blood in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) depending on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) presence.
