Особое внимание уделено аналитическим характеристикам ВЧТн-тестов и алгоритмам серийных ВЧ-измерений, применяемым для диагностики различных типов инфарктов миокарда, неишемических миокардиальных повреждений, стабильной и нестабильной стенокардии, сердечной недостаточности, кардиомиопатии Такоцубо, миокардита, инфекционного эндокардита перикардита. Рассмотрено также использование ВЧ-тестов для выявления миокардиальных повреждений у пациентов с сепсисом, пневмонией, ренальными патологиями, инсультом, а также у критических, госпитализированных и амбулаторных пациентов и у лиц общей популяции.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Review of current trends in the usage of high sensitive troponins (hsсTn) in cardiology and emergency medicine. The special attention is given to analytical characteristics of different hscTn tests and algorithms of their serial measurements using for diagnostics of different types of myocardial infarctions, non-ischemic myocardial injury, stable and unstable angina, heart failure, cardiomyopathy takotsubo; myocardities, endocardities, and pericardities.
