Эти препараты не только показали клиническую активность против широкого спектра солидных опухолей, но и обладают благоприятным профилем безопасности. Значимое увеличение общей выживаемости по сравнению с другими подходами противоопухолевой терапии является основным преимуществом иммунотерапии. Ниволумаб является lgG4-антителом, которое блокирует взаимодействие рецептора PD-1 с его лигандами, нивелируя тем самым ингибирование противоопухолевого иммунного ответа. В России препарат одобрен для лечения распространенной меланомы, немелкоклеточного рака легкого и рака почки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The creation of drugs - inhibitors of immune control points has significantly changed the standards for the treatment of common cancer. These drugs not only showed clinical activity against a wide range of solid tumors, but also have a favorable safety profile. A significant increase in overall survival compared to other antitumor approaches is the main advantage of immunotherapy.
