Основной целью исследования явилась оценка клинической эффективности и переносимости терапии при лечении тяжелых форм акне препаратом Сотрет (изотретиноин) в виде монотерапии. В рамках настоящего исследования было обследовано и пролечено 115 пациентов с тяжелыми формами акне: 107 (94,69 %) с папуло-пустулезными формами акне, 7 (6,19 %) с конглобатными акне, 1 (0,88 %) с келоидными акне. Оценка частоты исходов при лечении тяжелых форм акне препаратом Сотрет (изотретиноин) изучалась на основании данных, полученных при врачебном осмотре, на котором оценивалась динамика изменения степени тяжести акне по классификации, принятой согласительной комиссией Американской академии дерматовенерологии по лечению акне (AAD, 1990) и на основании данных опросника для оценки психологического и социального эффекта акне (APSEA).

The main goal of this study was to assess the frequency of effectiveness and the tolerability of therapy in the treatment of severe acne with isotretinoin (Sotret) as monotherapy. In this study, 115 patients with severe acne were examined and treated: 107 (94.69 %) with papulo-pustular acne, 7 (6.19 %) with conglobate acne, and 1 (0.88 %) with keloid acne. Evaluation of the frequency of outcomes in the treatment of severe acne with isotretinoin Sotret was studied based on data obtained during a medical examination, which evaluated the dynamics of changes in the severity of acne according to the classification adopted by the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD, 1990) and based on data from the Assessment of Psychological and Social Effect of Acne (APSEA) Questionnaire.
