Кожный зуд – симптом различных заболеваний, присутствующий у 54,4 % пациентов с кожными патологиями, представляет сложную задачу при выборе терапии.

Материал и методы

Материал и методы. Под наблюдением находилось 45 пациентов (27 женщин и 18 мужчин) с различными дерматозами, сопровождающимися зудом. Все пациенты получали терапию Неотанином (крем, спрей) на фоне стандартной топической терапии. Оценка эффективности проводилась с учетом индексов Пруриндекс, BRS, индексов дерматологического статуса для каждой нозологии (SCORAD, EASI, PASI) и ДИКЖ.

Результаты

Результаты. У пациентов с идиопатическим кожным зудом к концу 3-й недели Пруриндекс снизился на 100 %, BRS – на 96,8 %. При атопическом дерматите индекс SCORAD снизился на 78,3 %, индекс BRS редуцировал на 91,9 %, индекс Пруриндекс снизился на 95,4 %. При экземе индекс EASI снизился на 96,1 %, индекс BRS и Пруриндекс редуцировали на 100 %. При псориазе индекс РASI снизился на 86,5 %; индекс BRS – на 90,8 %, индекс Пруриндекс – на 94,2 %.

Выводы

Выводы. Применение топического средства Неотанин в виде монотерапии при идиопатическом зуде в составе комплексного лечения при атопическом дерматите, экземе, псориазе в значительной степени способствует повышению качества жизни пациентов.

Itchy skin, a symptom of various diseases, present in 54.4 % of patients with skin pathologies, is a rather difficult task when choosing a therapy.

Material and methods

Material and methods. Under observation were 45 patients (27 women and 18 men) with various dermatoses, accompanied by itching. All patients received Neotanin therapy (cream and spray) with standard topical therapy. Efficiency assessment was carried out taking into account the indices Prurindex, BRS, dermatological status indices for each nosology (SCORAD, EASI, PASI), and DIC.

Results

Results. In patients with idiopathic skin itching, Prurindex decreased by 100 % by the end of 3rd weeks, BRS – by 96.8 %. In atopic dermatitis, the SCORAD index decreased by 78.3 %, BRS index reduced by 91.9 %, Prurindex index decreased by 95.4 %. With eczema, the EASI index decreased by 96.1 %, the BRS and Prurindex index were reduced by 100 %. In psoriasis, the PASI index decreased by 86.5 %, BRS index – by 90.8 %, Prurindex index – by 94.2 %.

Conclusions

Conclusions. The use of the topical Neotanin as monotherapy for idiopathic pruritus, as a part of comprehensive treatment for atopic dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, significantly improves the quality of life of patients.
