Однако в настоящее время получены убедительные данные о взаимосвязи дефицита витамина D с развитием целого ряда заболеваний. В статье дается анализ результатов исследований последних лет, в которых представлены эффекты витамина D в отношении иммунной, сердечно-сосудистой систем и болезней печени. Рассматриваются механизмы поступления витамина D в организм, представлены новые данные о регуляции уровня активной формы витамина D фосфотонинами (FGF23, MEPE, sFRP-4) и белком Klotho. Представлена характеристика методов определения витамина D в сыворотке крови. Отдельно рассматриваются биологические факторы, которые влияют на результаты количественного определения витамина D разными методами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The classic function of vitamin D is to regulate calcium metabolism. Currently, however, convincing data have been obtained on the relationship of vitamin D deficiency with the development of a number of diseases. The article analyzes the results of recent studies that present the effects of vitamin D on the immune system, cardiovascular system and liver diseases. Discusses the mechanisms of admission of vitamin D in the body, presents new data on the regulation of levels of active form of vitamin D phosphatonins (FGF23, MEPE, sFRP-4) and protein Klotho. The characteristic of methods of determination of vitamin D in blood serum is presented.
