Исследование включало 354 больных c ишемической болезнью сердца. Всем пациентам была проведена коронароангиография с расчетом индекса Gensini. Больным проводилось определения уровня окислительной модификации белков, вчС‑реактивного белка, гомоцистеина и активности супероксиддисмутазы в зависимости от приема липидоснижающей терапии (статинов). Выявлена статистическая взаимосвязь между группой больных, разделенных по индексу Gensini, и приемом статинов. При оценка клинико‑антропометрических показателей установлены достоверные различия по ИМТ, окружности талии, уровню систолического АД. При оценке показателей липидного профиля выявлены достоверные различия между исследуемыми группами по уровню ОХС и уровню ХС ЛПВП. Заключение. Отмечена низкая приверженность к липидоснижающей терапии у пациентов с гемодинамически значимым коронарным атеросклерозом. В связи с этим сохраняется необходимость поиска маркеров остаточного риска, принимая во внимание значимость нелипидных факторов риска.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study was to study the changes in clinical and biochemical parameters in patients with different severity of coronary atherosclerosis, depending on the administration of lipid‑lowering therapy. The study included 354 patients with coronary heart disease. All patients underwent coronary angiography with the calculation of the Gensini index. Patients were determined the level of oxidative modification of proteins, RF‑reactive protein, homocysteine and superoxide dismutase activity depending on the administration of lipid‑lowering therapy (statins). A statistical relationship between the group of patients divided by the Gensini index and statin intake was revealed. In the assessment of clinical and anthropometric indicators, significant differences in BMI, waist circumference, systolic blood pressure level were established. In assessing the lipid profile revealed significant differences between the study groups in the level of total cholesterol and the level of HDL‑cholesterol. Low adherence to lipid‑lowering therapy was noted in patients with hemodynamically significant coronary atherosclerosis.
