Выявлена высокая частота нарушения кишечного микробиома у обследованных больных, особенно на стадии неалкогольного стеатогепатита. Установлена зависимость между выраженностью нарушений показателей липидного обмена и степенью дисбиоза толстой кишки, а именно между дисбиозом II степени и уровнем общего холестерина у больных неалкогольным жировым гепатозом (r = 0,77; р &lt; 0,01), а также дисбиозом III степени и уровнем общего холестерина, триглицеридов у больных неалкогольным жировым стеатогепатитом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The results of study at 96 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease are presented. A high incidence of intestinal microbiome disorders was observed in the examined patients, especially at the stage of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis. The relationship between the persistence of impaired lipid metabolism and the degree of dysbiosis of the colon, namely between grade II dysbiosis and the level of total cholesterol in patients with non-alcoholic fatty hepatosis (r = 0.77; p &lt; 0.01), and grade III dysbiosis and total cholesterol, triglycerides in patients with non-alcoholic fatty steatohepatitis.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>неалкогольная жировая болезнь печени</kwd><kwd>дисбиоз</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>non-alcoholic fatty liver disease</kwd><kwd>dysbiosis</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">A human gut microbial gene catalogue established by metagenomic sequencing MetaHIT Consortium / [J.
