В течение месяца 47 больных с перекрестом синдрома раздраженного кишечника с запором (СРК-З) и постпрадиального дистресс-синдрома (ПДС) (Римские критерии III) получали комбинированную терапию пинаверия бромидом (ПБ) и итоприда гидрохлоридом, 58 больных с перекрестом СРК-З и ПДС — монотерапию ПБ. Клиническую симптоматику и качество жизни (SF-36) оценили до и через месяц после окончания терапии. Через месяц комбинированная терапия по сравнению с монотерапией способствовала достоверно более выраженному снижению степени тяжести запора (p = 0,013), метеоризма (p = 0,005), чувства переполнения в эпигастрии (р < 0,0001), полному исчезновению тошноты и отрыжки воздухом у большего количества больных с перекрестом СРК-З и ПДС, что сопровождалось повышением качества жизни пациентов (SF-36; p < 0,001).

Forty-seven patients with overlap between irritable bowel syndrome with constipation and (IBS-C) and postpradial distress syndrome (PDS) complying with Rome III criteria were treated with pinaverium in combination with itopride and 58 patients with IBS-C-PDS overlap were treated with pinaverium for 4 weeks. Clinical symptoms and quality of life by SF-36 were estimated at baseline and after 4 weeks of treatment. Pinaverium and Itopride combination therapy significantly improved both IBS-C and PDS-like symptoms, and SF-36 scores when compared to Pinaverium monotherapy over a 4-week period.
