У женщин с эндометриозом есть свой характерный портрет. В статье обсуждаются современные представления об эндометриозе как о факторе, влияющем на личность женщины, ее отношения в семье, качество ее сна и наконец на общение с врачом. Подробно рассматриваются подходы к построению продуктивного диалога с больными эндометриозом, методы повышения приверженности к терапии, преимущества оральной контрацепции с диеногестом в лечении эндометриоза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Endometriosis is a chronic disease with a pronounced psychosomatic component. Women with endometriosis have their own characteristic portrait. The article discusses modern ideas about endometriosis as a factor affecting a woman’s personality, her family relationships, the quality of her sleep, and, finally, communication with a doctor.
