Дано патогенетическое обоснование целесообразности применения ботулинического токсина типа А (БТА) при эритематозно-телеангиэктатическом подтипе розацеа. Проведено исследование с участием 30 пациентов с ЭТПР по лечению проявлений данного дерматоза с помощью инъекций БТА в мезотехнике. В результате установлена положительная роль применения БТА при ЭТПР на основании применения визуальной аналоговой шкалы (VAS), а также получены данные о распределении триггерных факторов и сопутствующих патологиях. Сделаны выводы об эффективности метода ботулинотерапии при розацеа и целесообразности проведения дальнейших исследований для оптимизации дозы и кратности введения ботулинического токсина типа А для более выраженного и стойкого результата.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article describes relevant data on the etiology of rosacea and the clinical forms of the disease. A pathogenetic substantiation of the feasibility of using botulinum toxin type A (BTA) with an erythematous-telangiectatic subtype of rosacea is given. A study was conducted involving 30 patients with ETR to treat the manifestations of this dermatosis using BTA injections in mesotechnics. As a result, we established a positive role for the use of BTA in ETP based on the use of a visual analogue scale (VAS), and also obtained data on the distribution of trigger factors and associated pathologies.
