Показаны эффективность и безопасность применения крема, содержащего комбинацию препаратов мометазон, гентамицин, эконазол и декспантенол.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the peculiarities of the choice of the means of external therapy etiology of lichen sclerosus of the vulva based on recent data on vsini of the skin microflora on the course of dermatitis.
