В статье обсуждаются особенности выбора средств наружной терапии склероатрофического лихена вульвы с учетом современных данных о вляинии микрофлоры кожи на течение дерматозов. Показаны эффективность и безопасность применения крема, содержащего комбинацию препаратов мометазон, гентамицин, эконазол и декспантенол.

The article discusses the peculiarities of the choice of the means of external therapy etiology of lichen sclerosus of the vulva based on recent data on vsini of the skin microflora on the course of dermatitis. The efficacy and safety of the cream containing a combination of mometasone, gentamicin, econazole and dexpanthenol are shown.
