В статье представлена информация о различных группах нитропрепаратов, освещены их патогенетические эффекты, возможности их применения в различных клинических ситуациях. Рассмотрены проблемы, возникающие при назначении нитратов и пути их решения. Освещена роль нитропрепаратов в лечении стенокардии. Даны преимущества современных форм лекарственных препаратов, в том числе Эфокс® лонг. Приведены результаты клинических исследований препарата

The article provides information on various groups of nitropreparations, their pathogenetic effects, the possibility of their application in various clinical situations. The problems arising from the appointment of nitrates and their solutions are considered. The role of nitro drugs in the treatment of angina pectoris is highlighted.
