В статье рассматриваются вопросы дифференцированного подхода к лечению генитоуринарного синдрома в менопаузе и склероатрофического лихена вульвы. Отмечается недостаточная информированность врачей в подходах к лечению склероатрофического лихена. Показана высокая эффективность топических кортикостероидов в терапии склероатрофического лихена, подчеркнута нецелесообразность применения в лечении топических препаратов эстриола.
The article discusses issues of a differentiated approach to the treatment of genitourinary syndrome in menopause and scleroatrophic lichen of the vulva. There is a lack of awareness of doctors in approaches to the treatment of scleroatrophic lichen. The high efficacy of topical corticosteroids in the treatment of scleroatrophic lichen has been shown, the inexpediency of using it in the treatment of topical preparations of estriol has been emphasized.
