Рассмотрены причины, патогенез и клинические проявления фотоповреждения кожного покрова. Приведены определение, принцип действия фотодинамической терапии, в том числе используемые источники света, классификация фотосенсибилизаторов и их основные характеристики. Проанализированы исследования, в которых показана эффективность и сравнительная оценка при выборе различных источников света и фотосенсибилизирующих средств для фотодинамической терапии у пациентов с клиническими проявлениями фотоповреждения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article provides an overview of the use of photodynamic therapy for photodamage of the skin. The causes, pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of skin photodamage are considered. The definition, principle of action of photodynamic therapy, including the sources of light used, the classification of photosensitizers and their main characteristics are given.
