В статье рассмотрены причины неудач проведенного эндодонтического лечения. Связь осложнений с особенностями строения зубов, неправильной интерпретацией рентгенограмм, нарушениями инструментальной и медикаментозной обработкой и пломбированием корневых каналов. Также описаны методы профилактики указанных осложнений и способы их устранения.

The article deals with the causes of failures of endodontic treatment. Connection of complications with the features of the structure of teeth, incorrect interpretation of radiographs, violations of instrumental and medical treatment and root canal filling. Methods of prevention of these complications and ways of their elimination are also described.
